Return Window
You can return your order within 30 days of delivery.

Return Method
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  • Reply to your order confirmation email specifying the products you want to return.
  • Print the prepaid return shipping label you'll receive by email.
  • Use the label to send all items back to us.

Item Condition
Only products in NEW condition are eligible for returns:

  • Items must be in their original condition, without signs of wear or damage.
  • Items must be returned in all original packaging (including tags, box, and pouch).
  • Complete sets must be returned together; individual items cannot be returned separately.
  • For Lab Grown Diamonds, include the SCS certification.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings used during a piercing appointment
  • Gift cards
  • Jewelry Care Kits

Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees.

Return Fees
For returns due to customer remorse (e.g., change of mind or dissatisfaction):

  • $10 for returns from the US, Canada
  • $25 for returns from all other countries

These fees will be deducted from your refund amount.

If the return is due to a defective product or one not as described, we will cover the return shipping fees.

Defective and Incorrect Items
Products are considered defective if they do not meet satisfactory quality standards, are unsuitable for their intended use, or do not match their description. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with your name, order number, and relevant images to resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges
To get a different item, return the one you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is approved.

Refunds
Upon receipt and verification of your return, expect a refund within 7 days. We will refund using the same payment method used for the original order.
