We are proud to offer shipping to most countries around the globe, and we are continuously expanding our market reach.

Once an order is placed, it will go through two main stages: the order processing and order transit phases.

For Processing Time:

            • Regular Items: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or holidays.
            • Custom or Made-to-Order Items: These products may require additional processing time, which will be communicated during checkout.

    General Information

                      • Cut-Off Time: 11:00 PM (GMT+08:00) Hong Kong Standard Time
                      • Delivery Time: Includes two main components:
                        • Order Handling Time: Time needed for our warehouse to prepare your order after payment confirmation.
                        • Order Transit Time: Time for shipping and delivery by our logistics partners.

    Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weekends, holidays, or unexpected delays like weather, traffic, or high shipping volumes.

    Shipping Cost

    Enjoy free shipping on orders over $200. Orders under $200 have a shipping fee of $9.99.

    Shipping costs are calculated based on the subtotal before taxes and discounts. Fees are non-refundable.

    Additional customs duties and service fees may apply for international orders. Spoiled Joy cannot control or estimate these charges. For details, please contact your local customs office. Spoiled Joy is not responsible for reimbursing duties or taxes paid upon delivery.

    Shipping Methods

    We’ve partnered with DHL, UPS, and FedEx for shipping, and we always choose the fastest courier by default. Therefore, we do not offer expedited delivery options.

    Order Tracking

                      • For Account Holders: Log in to your Spoiled Joy account and go to "My Orders" to review the status of your order. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
                      • For Non-Account Holders: Create an account using the email address associated with your order to access tracking information.

    Order Status Definitions

                      • Processing: Your order is being fulfilled. If all items are in stock, processing typically takes 3-5 business days.
                      • Shipped: Your order has been shipped. Tracking information may take some time to update in the courier's system.
                      • Partial: Some items in your order are made-to-order or will ship later. In-stock items will be shipped first (US only).

    Order Address Change

    If you’ve provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to correct it before shipping, but please note that there’s only a small window of time to make changes to the shipping address.

    Delivery Time Exceeded

    While we strive to deliver within the estimated time frame, unforeseen circumstances such as customs inspections, severe weather, or labor strikes may cause delays. If your order is delayed beyond our promised maximum time frame of 10 business days, please contact us at hello@spoiledjoy.com. We will communicate with the transportation company to resolve the issue and keep you updated.

    Order Missing

    If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of placement, please contact us at hello@spoiledjoy.com with your name and order number. We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.

    Order Damaged

    If your order arrives damaged, please decline the delivery. Take photos or videos of the damaged package and items, and reach out to our customer satisfaction team immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

    Order Cancellations

    You can request to cancel or modify your order shortly after placing it. Please contact us promptly if you need to make changes. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified. In that case, you will need to follow our return process.

    Returns and Exchanges

    Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault on our part. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy for more details.

    International Returns: International customers should follow the specific return instructions provided in our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Additional fees may apply.

    Customs, Duties, and Taxes

    International Orders: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees, which are the customer’s responsibility. These charges are not included in the shipping fee. Please check with your local customs office for more details.
